Homeownership

Housing and homeownership

I love Utah, and I believe where we live matters.

Inventory is tight. Prices are high. First-time buyers are getting squeezed out. When housing costs rise faster than wages, it doesn’t just hurt buyers—it strains our workforce and our economy.

I’ve spent decades in real estate—not just studying the housing market, but working in it. Since 1994, I’ve had a front-row seat helping people achieve the American dream of buying and owning a home.

In 2007, I owned 20 rental properties while our real estate market collapsed. That experience gave me firsthand insight into both the opportunities and risks in housing policy.

If elected, I will bring my personal and professional experience to the Capitol and work with others who are serious about finding real solutions to Utah’s housing crisis.
